Remote People Business Partner for Revenue

StackAdapt

Drive talent development as StackAdapt's People Business Partner, focusing on the Revenue organization. This remote role seeks a passionate leader to improve team dynamics and performance. StackAdapt is seeking a dedicated People Business Partner to enhance its Revenue organization. In this influential position, you will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leaders to identify challenges and implement strategic solutions. Your role will significantly impact our culture while ensuring alignment with business objectives through effective talent management. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Revenue leaders to understand challenges
Lead HR programs for talent and performance development
Establish credibility with senior leadership
Analyze retention data for actionable insights
Coach leaders on effective communication strategies

Requirements:

4+ years HR experience, ideally with revenue teams
Strong strategic and analytical mindset
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Ability to solve complex organizational issues
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and laws
