This experienced Technical Program Manager leads strategic initiatives across banking and fintech integrations. The work spans insured deposits, merchant savings, payments, and digital asset capabilities. Success requires enterprise technology delivery, regulated-environment leadership, and practical integration knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery across business and technology workstreams
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Compliance, vendors, and banking partners
- Drive APIs across banking, payments, and trust systems
- Manage dependencies, risks, milestones, and executive communications
- Ensure security, compliance, readiness, and production launches
Requirements:
- 8+ years delivering large-scale technology programs
- 5+ years in banking, fintech, payments, or financial services
- End-to-end API integration and enterprise delivery experience
- Understanding of banking, payments, money movement, and financial data
- Cloud-native, microservices, distributed systems, and AWS knowledge
Bring regulated financial services expertise, API integration leadership, and technical delivery skills to complex banking programs.
