Process Technician

Catalent seeks a Process Technician for its new Strathroy, Ontario manufacturing facility specializing in Zydis® fast-dissolve oral dosage forms. The role involves supporting production operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Minimize equipment downtime and optimize machine turnaround times
- Maintain safety standards through zero-tolerance behaviors and risk assessments
- Ensure batch records are accurately completed in real time with quality compliance
- Support continuous improvement activities and recommend process enhancements
- Complete assigned training requirements and assist team members with compliance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent credential
- Two or more years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Good mathematical skills and computer application proficiency
- Strong teamwork and written communication abilities
- Ability to complete batch records and follow standard operating procedures
- Clean-shaven to meet respirator fit requirements for health and safety
Compensation: $26.93/Hr
