Job SummaryTo provide financial, administrative, and clerical services. Duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue and posting receipts.ResponsibilitiesTrack RMA's (return material authorization) and issue credit for sales returnsProcess intercompany billing and reconcile intercompany balancesPrepare bank depositsReconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.Process customer sales invoices and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and proceduresEducation, experience, skillsBS or Associates degree in Finance, Accounting or Business AdministrationRelevant AR experience in a fast-paced environmentCGA/CMA Second-levelKnowledge of accounting and mathematics procedures and regulations is an asset.Must have strong computer knowledge.High degree of accuracy and attention to detailWhy work for Meridian Lightweight Technologies?At Meridian Lightweight Technologies, you'll be part of a team that is shaping the future of lightweight automotive manufacturing.
