Supply Chain Manager

Catalent seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee warehouse and supply chain operations at a newly launched pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Strathroy, Ontario. The role involves managing inventory, logistics, ERP systems, and forecasting while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial performance in a fast-dissolve oral dosage form production environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, customs clearance, and hazardous waste management
- Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and aging inventory to meet working capital targets
- Lead supply and operations planning processes and collaborate on capacity and demand planning
- Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost control and process improvements
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse and supply chain team members while maintaining safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
- CPIM (APICS) or CSCP certification or demonstrated progress toward certification
- Minimum 5+ years supply chain management or logistics experience
- Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and/or GMP facilities
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Leadership experience and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
