Customer Service Representative (Order Processing)
Location: Scarborough, ON
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)
Overview
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative with strong order processing and data entry experience to join a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.
This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in high-volume PO processing, system-driven work, and customer coordination , and are comfortable working with modern business systems and internal software tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process purchase orders (POs) and manage high-volume order entry
- Perform heavy data entry within ERP/internal systems
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Provide quotes and handle order-related requests
- Coordinate orders, pricing, and fulfillment with internal teams
- Track and manage orders through the full lifecycle
- Maintain high accuracy and data integrity
- Support inventory coordination, sourcing, and backorders
- Assist with shipment preparation and returns
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of customer service, order entry, or order processing experience
- Strong background in PO processing and data entry
- Comfortable using ERP systems and internal software (AI tools exposure is an asset)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and proactive mindset
Work Schedule
- Full-time, permanent
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 30-minute lunch break
