Administrative Officer

$36 - $38 per hour

Administrative Officer New Start Canada Consulting Inc. Location Burnaby, BC Salary 36.00 to 38.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week Full time Morning, Day Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Bachelor's degree Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Asset languages Vietnamese Korean Chinese Work setting Consulting firm Responsibilities: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures Delegate work to office support staff Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, reLocation , equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Train staff Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Oversee payroll administration Supervision 1 to 2 people Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge SharePoint Spreadsheet MS Excel MS Office MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Word Area of work experience Immigration Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Ability to work independently Tight deadlines Attention to detail Large workload Personal suitability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent written communication Organized Reliability Time management Integrity Team player Until: 2026-06-06
