A leading North American energy organization is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to deliver full-cycle recruitment support across a diverse portfolio of positions. 

Key Responsibilities  
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from intake through offer stage. 
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and market research. 
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
- Present qualified candidate shortlists within established timelines.
- Promote an inclusive, diverse, and candidate-focused recruitment approach. 
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to achieve hiring objectives. 
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. 

Qualifications 
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple requisitions. 
- Strong sourcing and talent attraction skills using modern recruitment tools and platforms. 
- Excellent relationship-building, customer service, and stakeholder management abilities. 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
- Experience conducting behavioral-based interviews and candidate assessments. 
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technologies. 
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines.
