The Mount Royal Club/ Le Club Mont-Royal
Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:
Cleaning and ensuring all dishware, silverware and utensils are clean and organized properly
Sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors after each service
Taking out the garbage and recycling after each service
Cleaning certain areas of the kitchen, including exhausts every week
Cleaning of walk in fridges once a week
Peeling, cutting and organizing vegetables
Watering the garden during the summer, and snow removal in the winter
Executing all other demands from the chef in a timely manner
High level of personal hygiene at all times
Schedule from Monday to Friday, from 5pm to closing time
25-30 hours/week
Gratuity and bonus
Very good working conditions / environment
Must be a Canadian citizen
