As one of the faces of our Service Department, you'll be the connection between our customers and our technicians. Every day is different, and you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience while helping keep Yukon drivers safely on the road.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and build lasting relationships.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Manage repair orders.
- Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a clear manner based on vehicle condition.
- Provide estimates and obtain repair authorizations.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
- Process invoices and collect payments.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Parts and Sales departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Help maintain a positive, organized, team-focused service department.

- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Professional, positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Automotive knowledge is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
