JOB DETAILS
Salary: $20.71 to $24.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Employment conditions: Early morning, Evening, Shift, Morning, Day, Weekend
Start date: Starts as soon as possible
Vacancies: 4 vacancies

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year
Work setting: Food service establishment, Fast food outlet or concession
Specific Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Requisition of food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
- Establish work schedules
- Perform cashiering duties

- a permanent resident of Canada
- a temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
- Answers to the following screening questions:

- Letter of recommendation
- References attesting experience
Ability to Supervise : 5-10 people
Workers Supervised: Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers, Staff in various areas of responsibility
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Walking, Physically demanding, Attention to detail
