Role Summary:
The Customer Service Administrator will provide support to Chieftain’s Administrative team by performing clerical and administrative functions relating to day-to-day operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter new clients and applicable information accurately into all systems
- Maintain records and edit client information as requested
- Manage walk in, phone, and e-mail traffic of customer service inquiries
- Coordinate with other departments based on customer inquiries
- Process cash, cheques, or electronic payments and batch out each day
- Assist with labour tasks around the yard
- Loading/unloading fuel trucks
Must haves:
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or customer service
- A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
- Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
- Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada
