Position: Client Services Team Member

Employment Status: Auxiliary, On-Call

On-Call Hourly Wage: $21.00

Location: Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre, 1171 Front St, Whitehorse Yukon

Hours of Work: Evening shifts to late night/early morning.

Training: 3 weeks

Priority will be given to Kwanlin Dün First Nation citizens, and training will be provided to support those interested in learning and growing into this role.

A Summary of What You’ll Do:

As a vital member of our events team, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating memorable experiences. No two shifts are the same—you’ll support a wide range of events from start to finish by:

• Delivering outstanding customer service to guests and clients
• Setting up and taking down furniture, equipment, and event spaces
• Completing custodial and cleaning tasks to keep spaces event-ready
• Collaborating with your team to ensure smooth operations throughout the night
• Assisting with outdoor duties, including snow removal when needed
• Opening and closing the building safely and on schedule
• Welcome and treat all with respect within our team and who enter the KDCC
• Be an inclusive team player in a diverse environment
• Responding quickly and proactively to client needs and event changes
• Bring curiosity to learning about the Kwanlin Dün Culture or share your knowledge of Kwanlin Dün Culture with all
• Taking on other duties as needed to support successful events
