The Details: 

We are seeking friendly and reliable Front of House team members to support daily food service operations, including cashiering, customer service, and general café support, with occasional involvement in catering activities.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm. (hours could vary) 

Competitive Pay: It can range from $20

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-service environment.

As a Front Desk/Cashier/General Help, you will: 

• Provide excellent customer service in a professional and welcoming manner
• Operate the cash register/POS system accurately and efficiently
• Assist with food service, stocking, and maintaining display areas (grab-and-go café, service counters)
• Support overall cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas
• Assist with catering setup, service, and breakdown as required
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cash handling procedures

Qualifications

What You Bring 

• Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexibility to support various service areas and schedules
• A team-first attitude and strong communication skills 
• Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g., lifting, standing for long periods) 
• Commitment to safety, respect, and inclusion
