A well-established, publicly listed real estate organization with a diversified portfolio across North America is seeking a Supervisor, Corporate Accounting. The business operates across multiple asset classes and offers broad exposure to a dynamic corporate accounting environment, with strong opportunities for progression within a large and collaborative finance function located in Mississauga.

Your New Role

Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Accounting, you will play a key role in supporting the corporate accounting and financial reporting processes. Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes and consolidated reporting
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements across multiple entities
• Managing intercompany reconciliations and troubleshooting discrepancies
• Assisting with acquisitions, dispositions, and treasury-related entries
• Supporting budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinating audit requirements and liaising with external auditors
• Contributing to management reporting, including key real estate metrics (NOI, Capex, valuations)
• Providing guidance and oversight within a small team environment

This role offers strong visibility across the organization and exposure to complex, multi-entity reporting.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• CPA designation (or final stages, with completion within 12 months)
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience (open to more experienced profiles)
• Prior industry experience within real estate or a related sector
• Strong financial reporting and reconciliation experience
• Experience with intercompany accounting, consolidations, and troubleshooting
• Exposure to treasury or cash management is an asset
• Experience with Yardi is beneficial
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a structured corporate environment with multiple stakeholders
