Elevate enterprise sales with Validere as a GTM Growth Lead. This role emphasizes innovative growth opportunities and hands-on execution in a hybrid work environment. Validere, an enterprise intelligence platform for the energy industry, is seeking a senior individual contributor for the GTM Growth Lead position. This pivotal role focuses on designing strategies to uncover high-quality sales opportunities and ensuring effective launch and measurement of new initiatives. You will leverage HubSpot, Apollo, and other AI tools to engage directly in the execution and scaling of efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities within enterprise accounts and emerging market signals
- Design campaigns and motions with clear hypotheses for validation
- Collaborate with sales to implement effective outbound strategies
- Launch, iterate, and measure sales motions based on real data
- Analyze performance metrics to refine and enhance engagement strategies
- 5+ years in B2B growth or GTM execution
- Proven ability to turn ideas into actionable campaigns
- Strong understanding of outbound sales and account management
- Comfort with data analysis and performance evaluation
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
