Director of Global GTM Planning at Clio

Clio

Lead Clio's global growth strategy as Director of GTM Planning and Compensation. Shape capacity, quotas, and incentive designs to drive performance and change company culture. In this key leadership role, you will translate strategic goals into tangible revenue outcomes while working with finance and GTM leadership. You'll oversee capacity planning, territory management, and compensation systems globally, ensuring operational excellence. This role is vital for Clio’s expansion and aids in developing high-performance teams. Key Responsibilities:

Lead GTM capacity planning and quota-setting
Develop quota-setting methodologies and frameworks
Design compensation plans linked to company goals
Manage territory design and account segmentation
Optimize compensation administration and communication

Requirements:

8+ years experience in SaaS or technology
Proven strategic advisor to senior leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience leading and developing teams
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel expertise
