Lead global benefits strategy and enhance employee experience at OpenText. Seeking a transformational senior director to oversee benefits modernization and compliance across 40+ countries. This strategic role requires overseeing the Americas Benefits team while influencing senior executives in collaboration with HR, Finance, and other teams. You will drive initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions, optimizing programs for financial sustainability. Your focus will be on ensuring competitive and compliant benefits aligned with employee well-being and business strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee global benefits and retirement strategy development
- Lead U.S. health and welfare programs and retirement plans
- Partner with senior leaders to balance employee value and financial stewardship
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and program effectiveness
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- 12+ years in benefits or total rewards leadership
- 5+ years managing global benefits in a multinational context
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management
- Strong financial acumen and experience with M&A
- Professional certifications like CEBS or SHRM-SCP
