Inside Sales / Order Desk
Inland Metal a Leader in Saskatchewan for over 70 years in Sheet Metal Mfg. & HVAC product distribution is looking for a dynamic individual.The incumbent will be responsible for managing incoming calls, order entry and promote company product lines to our customer.
The individual will need to possess a broad knowledge on HVAC product and troubleshooting ability in our HVAC line. Job Requirements:
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Provide solutions to our customer needs
- Build Trust and Confidence from our Customers
- Follow all Company Policies & Guidelines
- Support on call duties as required by branch manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in HVAC-R Industry or Tech related field
