CitiXsys Strategic Consulting Manager

Elevate your career as a Consulting Manager at CitiXsys, acting as a key liaison between our partners and customers. Oversee essential pre- and post-sales activities to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. In this senior role, you will facilitate product training and enable partners while managing implementation projects from inception to completion. You will be the go-to person for technical queries and provide vital pre-sales support, including demonstrations and solution alignment. Your role will include maintaining project documentation and pursuing upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for partners and customers
- Lead end-to-end project implementations and document processes
- Provide training and support to partners through various formats
- Identify opportunities for upselling within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate project records in the management system
- Minimum 10 years in pre-sales or consulting roles
- Strong understanding of retail operations and technology solutions
- Proven ability to manage complex implementations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Willingness to travel 25-40% of the time
