Advanced Credit Analyst in Collections

Step into a crucial role as a Senior Credit Analyst, where you'll enhance cash flow and customer relations through strategic credit management and collections oversight. This position focuses on complex credit evaluations and inter-departmental collaboration. Under the guidance of the Credit & Collections Manager, you will assess creditworthiness, maintain data integrity, and lead initiatives for process improvement. Your contributions will support timely collections and ongoing partnerships with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams across North America, ensuring a balanced approach to risk and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis for customer credit assessments
- Monitor collection performance and bad debt trends
- Oversee credit approvals for onboarding new customers
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management
- Assist in negotiating payment plans for escalated accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- 5+ years in credit analysis or collections
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Advanced skills in Excel and credit analysis tools
- Mandarin preferred but not required
