Summary
As a Car Sales Executive at BELL AUTO INC, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Located in a bustling area, this position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse inventory of quality used vehicles while contributing to our mission of providing top-notch service.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal.
- Negotiate vehicle pricing and financing options to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and market trends.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain relationships.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless customer experiences post-sale.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques and strategies.
- Basic math skills for pricing and financing discussions.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
