Analyst for Financial Modeling and Insights

Support financial planning as an FP&A Analyst with a focus on data insights. Engage in a hybrid work setting and enhance decision-making through financial analysis. As an FP&A Analyst, you will assist in various financial cycles, including budgeting and forecasting. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations. A collaborative approach is essential, as you will partner with multiple departments to drive the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning cycles, including forecasts and budgets
- Develop and refine financial models for analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for performance insights
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Produce reports and dashboards to track KPIs
- 2–4 years of SaaS FP&A experience
- Expertise in finance and accounting concepts
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical skillset for data interpretation
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
