Client Relations Representative

Duties

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a positive customer experience throughout all interactions.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is required; bilingual candidates fluent are preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service advantageous.
• Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting and web design advantageous.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: SeasonalContract length: 7-8 months

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
