Commercial Sales Leader At Nanotess

Lead commercial growth with NanoTess as the new Director of Sales in Calgary. Spearhead sales functions, nurture key relationships, and drive complex sales in healthcare innovation.
NanoTess is seeking a full-time, in-person Director of Sales to establish a strong sales framework as we expand across Canada and into international markets. This player-coach role requires a leader who can create sales strategies, personally close high-value opportunities, and empower a diverse team. You'll need to be a proactive communicator, helping the team prioritize and focus on strategic sales activities.
Key Responsibilities: - Build and execute a strategic sales plan across markets - Personally prospect and close high-value sales opportunities - Manage a disciplined sales pipeline from lead to close - Foster relationships with distributors and sales representatives - Streamline sales processes, tools, and playbooks for efficiency
Requirements: - Proven experience building sales functions in scale-ups - Strong background in complex, multi-stakeholder sales - Ability to lead and coach teams effectively - Commercially curious with strong analytical skills - Legally authorized to work in Canada, full-time availability
