Consultant(e) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ou Consultant(e) Senior

Responsabilités

Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance auprès des clients externes et des équipes de projet BDO pour soutenir les mises en œuvre de Dynamics NAV / Business Central des clients, en appliquant la méthodologie Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step pour aider les clients à déployer les solutions de manière rapide et efficace.
Jouer un rôle de consultant principal sur des projets plus importants où plus d'un consultant est engagé.
Analyser les besoins et les objectifs commerciaux des clients et fournir une expertise approfondie des applications dans des domaines commerciaux ciblés, en rationalisant les processus commerciaux des clients pour obtenir un meilleur retour sur investissement dans le contexte de Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
Fournir une formation au personnel du client pour effectuer des activités quotidiennes à l'appui des mises en œuvre de l'ERP.
Mentorat de collègues et fourniture de soutien et d'orientation

Qualifications

Au moins 2 années d'expérience en conseil dans Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV, y compris une expérience de mise en œuvre du cycle complet de Business Central/NAV associée à une compréhension complète des applications ERP.
Études postsecondaires dans la discipline commerciale pertinente (B.Comm., CPA, APICS, PMP, etc.) préférées.
Les certifications Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV seront prises en compte dans notre processus de sélection.
Motivé, capable de travailler seul et en équipe, de s'exprimer clairement et d'inspirer confiance au public.
La connaissance d'au moins deux domaines fonctionnels de Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV serait un atout (par exemple, finance, fabrication, gestion de projet et comptabilité, calcul des coûts des travaux, ventes, approvisionnement).
Expérience en analyse de processus, refonte et documentation
