- Lead and mentor teams according to healthcare standards

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and team performance
- Contribute to service expansion and resource management
- Active Registered Nurse licensure in Saskatchewan
- Minimum 5 years of perioperative nursing experience
- BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Experience in healthcare innovation and strategy
