Job : The Real Time Demand and Capacity (RTDC) Coordinators will report to an acute inpatient care manager. The RTDC Coordinators will ensure continued patient flow through weekends by assisting the units with complex discharges and system flow issues after the coordinator has handed over. This position is also accountable for focused quality improvement projects.
Minimum 5 years recent acute nursing experience
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
Ability to be flexible and willing to change
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
