Director Commercial Planning Radiopharmaceuticals

Lead commercial planning and business performance at Jubilant Radiopharma, using forecasting and analytics to guide strategic decisions across North America.As Director, Commercial Planning & Business Performance, you will build capabilities supporting operational excellence and sustainable revenue growth. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, and Operations. Success requires expertise in commercial planning, pricing, contracting, sales force effectiveness, and performance management.Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, pricing, reporting, governance, and performance routinesManage customer pricing, contracting, discounting, and deal reviewsSupport government pricing, ASP, reimbursement, and commercial reportingProvide forecasting insights for supply and financial planningBuild and coach a strong commercial planning teamRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, life sciences, or related field10+ years in commercial planning, operations, analytics, or related functions5+ years of people leadership experienceExperience building commercial planning or commercial excellence functionsPharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or radiopharmaceutical experienceShape commercial excellence through forecasting, pricing, analytics, and team leadership at Jubilant Radiopharma.
