Job Responsibility:
Senior Dental Receptionist
This a great role for a receptionist looking to transition into Management.
- Oversee day to day operations of the clinic- Insurance Payments- Insurance / Patient A/R- Hiring New and Temporary staff
- Training and continuing education
- Employee scheduling and Payroll
- Address and resolve complaints and conflicts
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Provide administrative support to all dental staff
Must have min 2-3 years Reception experience in a dental office in BC . Knowledge of Tracker is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $34.00 per hour
