- Prepare, draft, and negotiate transaction documents
- Support M&A due diligence and contract review
- Assist with post-acquisition integration of legal standards
- Draft demand letters and manage non-litigation matters
- Advise on legal risks related to transactions
- Juris Doctor degree and membership in the Florida Bar
- 5+ years of transactional legal experience required
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
