Financial Analysis Expert with Strong Excel Skills

Join the finance team as a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, where you will manage complex financial data and develop advanced reporting tools using Excel and Tableau. Your analysis will support key month-end evaluations and stakeholder collaboration. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years of relevant experience, and a CPA. This role emphasizes analyzing financial performance and developing automated dashboards to promote streamlined reporting processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Extract financial data from multiple systems for accuracy
- Conduct month-end financial analysis and commentary
- Identify trends and anomalies in financial performance
- Develop automated dashboards using Tableau and Excel
- Optimize FP&A processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 5+ years in FP&A or financial analysis
- Advanced Excel and Tableau skills essential
- Familiarity with ERP system reporting
- Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
