Drive strategic financial success at OpenText as the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Focus on enhancing financial strategies across business units to drive growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning and analysis across the business
- Collaborate with executives to develop financial strategies
- Lead the creation of multi-year financial forecasts
- Mentor and develop teams of financial professionals
- Drive initiatives in performance and capital optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 12 years in FP&A and 5 years in leadership
- Strong expertise in strategic financial planning
- Proven success in developing talented finance teams
- Exceptional analytical and executive communication skills
