Remote Care Technician - Cardiac Rhythm Management - Mississauga

Abbott seeks a Remote Care Technician for its Cardiac Rhythm Management division in Mississauga. The role involves providing technical support to customers and internal teams, processing orders, and maintaining strong relationships within the cardiac device industry. Position requires four days on-site and one remote day weekly.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer and sales calls regarding technical issues, complaints, and adverse events
- Process customer orders and returns according to established procedures
- Track shipments and provide order status updates to customers
- Provide rotating after-hours on-call support following established protocols
- Support sales teams and participate in quality and productivity improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- College diploma or equivalent qualification
- One to three years of relevant customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of order processing and shipping/receiving procedures
- Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
Compensation: $48,750–$68,000 CAD base annual salary
