Accident Benefits Law Clerk CAT Files
The Law Office Management Association (TLOMA)
Handle CAT files and accident benefits matters remotely with Naimark Law Firm, using OCF forms and LAT applications daily. Office attendance occurs monthly.
Naimark Law Firm seeks a highly motivated Law Clerk or Paralegal with extensive Accident Benefits experience. The work includes SABS knowledge, LAT preparation, medical documentation, and client communication. This full-time, permanent position supports plaintiff personal injury files and requires independent work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle CAT files within accident benefits matters
- Complete OCF forms accurately and thoroughly
- Draft LAT applications and prepare conference summaries
- Prepare files for LAT hearings
- Request and review medical documentation
Requirements:
- Three to five-plus years of accident benefits experience
- Extensive knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule
- Experience running 150-plus accident benefits files
- Strong Microsoft Office, Time Matters, and PC Law skills
- Strong communication and attention to detail
