**Clinic Manager**
Join our team as a Clinic Manager at a vibrant healthcare facility " Sparsh Wellness Retreat" dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. As the Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery to patients. **Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise clinic staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional patient care.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
- Actively calling clients for lead generation, sales closure and service solutions.
- Implement process improvements to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care delivery and optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience minimum 4 years in clinic management or healthcare administration.
- Strong computer operation skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- In depth working knowledge with Jane App is a must.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
