Collaborating closely with case managers, you'll ensure all documentation is handled properly to expedite recovery for injured employees. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as main contact for claims coordination and processing
• Liaise with provincial boards for necessary claim details
• Facilitate communication with clients during claim intake
• Manage document flow and sort incoming mail effectively
• Track metrics to ensure compliance with service agreements

Requirements:

• Must hold a Paralegal license with the Law Society of Ontario
• Degree in health management or disability management preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service experience in claims processing required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
