Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Receptionist/Mailroom Clerk in the city of in Toronto, Ontario. 1 Week Contract Opportunity! Total rewards:$25.00 - $28.00 hourly Contract Length: November 4-12 Location: Downtown Toronto Shift Time: 9am to 5pm
A typical day:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and parcel distribution.
- Maintain office operations, including supplies, cleanliness, and facility coordination.
- Keep pantries, meeting rooms, and common areas stocked, organized, and presentation-ready.
- Support corporate events and meetings through setup, logistics, and cleanup.
Reception support
Successful candidates will have
- 1+ years of experience in an admin, reception or mailroom clerk position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of working independently while maintaining excellent time management and coordination.
