Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist

Use bilingual communication and analytical skills as Stingray’s Customer Experience Specialist supporting customers by email. This is a temporary contract in Montreal with hybrid work.

The Customer Experience Specialist represents Stingray’s services as the front-line customer interface. You will clarify reported problems, identify causes, explain solutions, and follow up for prompt resolution. The role also gathers customer information for analysis and escalates reproduced issues to Technical, Content, or Delivery Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product and service information through email
• Decipher customer issues and select appropriate responses
• Identify and reproduce issues for team escalation
• Collect customer information for analytical reports
• Ensure optimal experiences across Stingray interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar position
• Excellent written and verbal English and French communication
• Degree or diploma completed or in progress
• Strong analytical and deductive issue-isolation skills
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
