The Night Crew Grocery Clerk is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely manner. Working independently as part of the Night Crew, the Clerk is responsible for replenishing merchandise, maintaining product standards and supporting a safe and efficient overnight operation while actively contributing to an environment of employee engagement.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

• Receive, unload and stock merchandise in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain product presentation, rotation and inventory control.
• Monitor and maintain temperature standards for refrigerated and frozen products.
• Safely operate equipment and tools required to perform the job, including training on power equipment as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
• Follow all food safety, health & safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other Night Crew team members to complete assigned workload.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including frequent lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.
• Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and safely operate power equipment following training.
• Available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Previous retail or warehouse experience is an asset.
