Position Overview
As a Host / Hostess, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You set the tone for the dining experience by providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating flow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Maintain accurate waitlists and seating arrangements
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Previous hosting or customer service experience is an asset
