As a member of Banter Room, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. If you have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a flair for creating memorable experiences, we would love to meet you. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanour.
• Provide knowledgeable and attentive service, guiding guests through our menu of crafted

cocktails and exquisite food offerings.

• Collaborate with our floor servicer and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment throughout the bar and restaurant.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and in a timely manner.
• Uphold Banter Room's standards of excellence in all interactions and tasks.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all details are meticulously

executed.

• Continuously expand your knowledge of our menu offerings, including seasonal and

signature cocktails. Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-paced bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktail preparation and bar operations is a must.
• An interest in beer and wine is a plus.
• Serving It Right certification or equivalent is required.
