Pay & Shift Structure
Starting Pay: $19.43 per hour

Shift Schedule: 12-hour rotational shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Start Date: Immediate (ready to start right away)

Key Requirements
Transportation: Must have your own reliable personal vehicle for daily commuting.

Experience: Past experience working in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.

Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and always showing up on time for shift handovers.

Your Daily Tasks
Operator Support: Assist primary machine operators with daily production work and material handling.

Process Learning: Learn production machinery operations while strictly adhering to all facility safety rules.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive production crew and supervisor to meet daily output goals.

Responsibilities
Duties include but not limited to:
-Following the required company SOP’s, Procedures and Health & Safety Standards in order to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.
-Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment to extrusion operator/team lead.
-Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with production team leader/ operators
-Carrying out other associated duties as directed by Management and the Production Team Leader
-Ensure that all materials are handled, sorted and used in accordance with Work Place Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHIMIS).
-Palletize all products as needed
-Ensuring PPE is worn always necessary

Qualifications
Qualifications we would like to see:

-6 months or more of experience in a manufacturing setting
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs
