Requirement: You must have your own vehicle to get to work and valid reach truck license.

What You Will Do
Drive Reach Trucks: Safely run a stand-up reach truck in tight aisles and high shelves.

Pick Orders: Use RF scanners to find and pick orders quickly and accurately.

Prep Shipments: Stack and wrap pallets securely for shipping.

Keep it Safe: Move stock to keep the floor clear, spot inventory mistakes, and follow safety rules.

What You Need to Apply
A valid forklift/reach truck certificate (ticket).

At least 1 year of reach truck experience.

At least 6 months of experience working with high warehouse racking.

The ability to switch between driving and doing heavy manual lifting.

Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in picking and packing orders efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize scanners and technology to meticulously track and maintain inventory flow.
- Safely load and unload materials within a dynamic warehouse or production environment.
- Take initiative to stock, organize, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Be a reliable member of the team, working collaboratively to meet daily targets.

Qualifications
- Must have 6+ months of hands-on experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Must have experience with the reach truck and valid certification
- Reliable personal transportation (a car) is a strong asset as many job sites are not accessible by public transit.
- A strict commitment to following all safety protocols and procedures is non-negotiable.
- Capable of prolonged standing, walking, and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs as required.
