We are hiring reliable Forklift Operators for a busy Edmonton warehouse. This is a steady, full-time position with excellent potential to transition into a permanent career based on your performance, attitude, and attendance!

Pay & Shift Options
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (starting rate based on experience and shift)

Available Shifts:

Shift A: 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Early Morning)

Shift B: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Day Shift)

The Big 3 Requirements
Dual Certification: Valid forklift license/ticket for both Reach Truck and Sit-Down Counterbalance.

Reliable Transit: Must have your own personal vehicle to commute to our Edmonton facility.

Availability: Ready to start working right away.

Your Daily Tasks
Precision Driving: Safely and efficiently operate reach trucks and sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and stack LTL freight.

Cross-Dock Distribution: Execute fast-tracked logistics by immediately transferring high-volume shipments from inbound to outbound trailers, reducing storage time to speed up fulfillment.

Safety & Organization: Maintain high safety standards under tight timelines while keeping your workspace clean and organized.

What Makes You a Great Fit
Valid, current certifications for both Reach and Sit-Down forklifts.

Proven hands-on experience, particularly in a fast-paced cross-dock or LTL environment.

Great physical fitness and the stamina to stay active throughout a busy warehouse shift.

Ability to commit to one of the available shifts and start immediately.

Responsibilities
• Operate electric sit-down counterbalance forklifts in a busy cross dock/LTL environment
• Use stand-up stock picker equipment to pick and put away product
• Load, unload, move, and organize freight and product safely and efficiently
• Stock loose pick bins and pick customer orders accurately
• Re-barcode cases and return products to high bay storage
• Assist with inventory put-away during delivery days (800–1200 cases shared across team)
• Perform daily and weekly warehouse cleaning duties
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Work closely with team members in a fast-paced warehouse setting

Qualifications
• Valid forklift certification for both reach truck and sit-down counterbalance forklifts
• Previous cross dock, LTL, warehouse, or freight handling experience preferred
• Experience operating electric forklifts required
• Physically fit and able to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong English communication skills required
• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork abilities
• Must have reliable transportation as the location is not accessible by transit
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high daily volume demands
