• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and brand partners throughout adoption, development, and launch phases
• Support brand partners in understanding ALUULA materials, construction techniques, and product applications
• Coordinate sampling, documentation, and launch readiness for new and existing partners
• Support the commercial team with order processing, customer setup, and account coordination
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite)
• Manage shared sales and customer service inboxes, ensuring timely and professional follow ‑ up
• Coordinate internally with Product Development, Operations, and Sales to support partner execution
• Track partner project progress and proactively flag issues or risks
• Support forecasting inputs, reporting, and general commercial team administration

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or a customer ‑ facing role
• Experience supporting B2B customers, technical products, or premium brands is an asset
• Strong communication, organizational, and time ‑ management skills
• Comfortable working across CRM, ERP, and standard productivity tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as the business scales
