Marketing Manager - Victoria and Vancouver

Position: Full-time Location: Vancouver/Victoria/Lower Mainland BC Reports to: The Chief Commercial Officer Salary: 65k-80k base salary based on experience Other Benefits: corporate bonus program, benefits package, casual dress, outdoor ‘pro deals’ Job Description The Marketing Manager is a hands ‑ on role responsible for translating ALUULA ’ s innovation into clear, compelling market impact. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this position works cross ‑ functionally across Product, Sales, Business Development, and most importantly partnering with ALUULA ’ s industry leading brand partners to strengthen brand presence, support commercial growth, and ensure consistent execution across all marketing initiatives. This role is suited to a builder, someone energized by growth, complexity, and a fast ‑ moving environment, who enjoys solving problems and raising the bar alongside a high ‑ performing team. Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute ALUULA’s brand and marketing initiatives across channels and markets
• Lead go ‑ to ‑ market planning for new products, technologies, and market expansions
• Develop and manage marketing campaign plans, calendars, and budgets
• Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all ALUULA touchpoints
• Translate complex technical innovation into clear customer and partner value propositions
• Manage external agencies, creative partners, and marketing contractors as needed and if aligned with plans and budget
• Support corporate communications including press releases and investor ‑ facing materials as required
• Plan and execute ALUULA’s presence at key industry events and trade shows
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and effectiveness – data is key
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning and strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications roles
• Experience supporting technical, B2B, or innovation ‑ driven products preferred
• Proven ability to manage campaigns, partners, and cross ‑ functional initiatives
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
