TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
SALARY: $36.00 per Hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 30-35 hours/Week
WORK SETTING: Restaurant

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Rondo’s Pizza to ensure smooth
service flow and a positive customer experience.
 Develop and apply operational practices and service standards consistent with company
policies and business objectives.
 Recruit, onboard, and train team members to build an efficient workforce and ensure
compliance with workplace procedures.
 Prepare staff schedules, oversee daily performance, and provide guidance to maintain
service consistency and productivity.
 Monitor stock levels, sales figures, and operating costs, making adjustments to pricing
and procedures to support business profitability.
 Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally while ensuring all food
handling, hygiene, and safety requirements are met.
 Liaise with suppliers to secure food products, packaging, and other materials in a timely
and cost-effective manner.
 Organize and oversee catering orders and coordinate arrangements for group bookings
and special events held at the restaurant.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
 College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to
2 years
 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the position or related position
 Ability to supervise 3-4 people
 Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment

 Fluent in English and excellent written and verbal Communication skills
 Ability to work independently, flexible, good time management, organizational, good team
work and Interpersonal Skills.
