United Rentals Inside Sales Representative

Drive equipment rental sales at United Rentals as an Inside Sales Representative, using customer service and relationship-building skills. Serve customers from the branch.
This Inside Sales Representative role supports rental and sales growth through customer consultation and order fulfillment. You will recommend equipment and service solutions, prepare quotations, and manage reservations and contracts. The position suits an ambitious professional interested in the equipment rental industry and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
- Establish rental and sales accounts with customers
- Negotiate equipment rental and supply prices
- Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations
- Generate leads and communicate them with Outside Sales Representatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
