Outbound Customer Service Agent

Our client, a leading organization in the operations sector, is seeking multiple call center agent to join their team.

Job Title: C all Center Agent (day shift only)

Location: Toronto, ON

Pay Range: 20/hr

Shift: Day shift, hours of operation from 8AM to 5PM EST, 7 days a week including holidays. Hours may vary between 35-44 hours per week.

What's the Job?

Assist end users by conducting outbound calls and providing support for various queries
Educate users on how to effectively utilize the platform and score quality and outcomes
Achieve daily targets and key performance metrics
Provide high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively with team leads, QA specialists, SMEs, and operations managers

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years customer support experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
